After months of rehearsals, Scoil Barra’s production of “Beauty and the Beast” has opened to thunderous applause and glowing reviews. When the curtains finally rolled up for this afternoon’s matinee, it was greeted by both a release of nervous tension and excitement from the talented cast as the show was finally on the road! The sell out crowd loved the fabulously entertaining show and exited the hall in to the glorious sunshine humming some of the classic numbers enjoyed throughout the production. There was no regret having missed the pleasant afternoon outside because what had happened inside the school auditorium was much more magical and very special indeed!
We simply can’t wait for the remaining four shows……….
