It has been a busy few weeks in Ms. Cooney’s 1st class as we prepared for Christmas. While some of our usual things were not able to take place, our class were busy doing other things to make up for it!
Our month started off with our elf Twinkle joining our class room. He has brought fun and mischief to the class, even arriving back to us frozen solid from his trip to the North Pole!
We were very lucky on the last Friday before holidays as we had a fun Christmas Day in school. We were able to dress up in our Christmas jumpers and do activities such as Christmas Bingo, do a Christmas scavenger hunt and plenty of Christmas art. Best of all we got to finish our day with some yummy hot chocolate and a movie. It was a great day and thanks to the teachers and SNAs for organising it!
