On Wednesday 7th of February some of the 6th class pupils took part in the Cispheil na mBunscoil basketball blitz. The girls headed for the Parochial Hall and played three matches against teams from all over Cork. The girls played very well and won their three matches convincingly.
The boys headed to Neptune Stadium and played very well also. The boys won all three of their matches and enjoyed their day greatly. All the pupils came away with a certificate to mark their achievements and participation in this wonderful event.
