The children in Scoil Barra are enjoying all the activities so far this Active Week. On Monday, the children took to the field where they played hurling, swing ball and had the unique experience of an on-land canoe!!
Today Tuesday, pupils from 3rd to 6th went Orienteering in the park while 1st and 2nd traveled to the gymnastics hall in Ballincollig for a 40 minute gymnastics lesson.
Tomorrow Wednesday, some dancing is on the cards. Thursday will see the children attempt to run a mile around a grass track on the field. Friday will be the obstacle course. Looking forward to more activities throughout the week!
