The 6th Class pupils went on a History Walk in the Regional Park. The students visited the ruins of the Ballincollig Gunpowder Mills, viewing lots of the old buildings including the Magazine, the Cooperage and the Charcoal Mill. Thank you to Ms. Doherty who led the tour and shared her extensive knowledge of the Gunpowder Mills. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful resource on our doorstep!
